Scope of Work:

• Installation of appliance to include connecting to existing code-compliant valves/fittings.
• Connection to code-compliant electrical hookups.
• Includes a basic kit for your particular appliance to connect to your existing water/gas valve (stainless steel braided hose)
• If stairs are excessively narrow or difficult, technicians have a right to decline relocating the unit up stairs without additional costs.

Note: This does not include bringing the site or your home up to code, additional charges if necessary will be assessed by the technician who arrives on-site.
